Kedai888 Platform Agreement

Welcome to Kedai888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at kedai888.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "Account Holder") and Kedai888, governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all betting, gaming, promotional, and support services offered therein.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Kedai888 Platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Kedai888 Platform and close your account, if one has been created.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — The Kedai888 website located at kedai888.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, software, and services operated thereunder.
• "Account" — The individual registered profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "User" / "Player" — Any individual who registers, accesses, or makes use of the Platform's services, whether or not a wager has been placed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sporting event, or any other wagering product available on the Platform, denominated in MYR or equivalent cryptocurrency value.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency supported by the Platform for all financial transactions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required of all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawals or accessing full Platform features.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits awarded to a Player through promotional offers, which are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum aggregate amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on Kedai888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-waivable requirement. Kedai888 employs electronic age verification at registration and physical document verification during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their local laws permit online gaming activity.
4. Not a Self-Excluded Player: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether issued by Kedai888 or any other recognised gambling regulatory body.
5. One Account per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses forfeited.
6. Not an Excluded Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Kedai888or any of its affiliated companies or game studio partners.

To access the full suite of Kedai888 services, Users are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form.

4.1 Information Required at Registration

At a minimum, the following information is required to open an Account: full legal name, date of birth, country and state of residence, a valid email address, and a contact telephone number. You may also be asked to provide additional information at the KYC stage, including a government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of residential address, and — where applicable — evidence of the source of funds used for betting activity.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Kedai888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Kedai888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain the security of Account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete KYC verification prior to processing their first withdrawal. Kedai888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to temporarily suspend withdrawal functionality pending the outcome of verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all wagers are placed voluntarily and at your own discretion.

5.1 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for all wagers placed from their Account, regardless of whether those wagers were authorised. Kedai888 will not reverse settled wagers except where a clear technical error on our part has been demonstrably verified. Wagers placed on events with known outcomes are void and any associated winings will not be paid.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

All wagers are subject to Kedai888's acceptance. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where: (i) a wager appears to be placed using privileged or inside information; (ii) a technical error has affected odds or game outcomes; (iii) the wager amount exceds applicable stake limits; or (iv) the wager is inconsistent with responsible gambling obligations.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all products on the Platform. For sports betting, minimum stakes start fromRM1. Casino game stake limits vary by product and are displayed within each game interface. VIP tier players may be eligible for elevated stake limits, subject to written confirmation from the Kedai888 VIP team.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Kedai888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). All fiat currency transactions are denominated and processed inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit is RM30 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Kedai888 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment instrument used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Prior to processing any withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied: (i) KYC verification must be complete; (ii) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met; (iii) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available (real money) balance; and (iv) the Player's Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries.

6.4 Processing Times

Kedai888 endeavours to process all withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX transfers5–15 minutes; direct bank wire15–60 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required.

Kedai888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Kedai888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Each Account may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses have a validity period from the date of issue. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity window.
• Kedai888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum deposit, and wagering requirement applicable to each Welcome Bonus tier are published on the promotions page and subject to change. Representative wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the selected bonus type.

7.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Kedai888 employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim single-entitlement bonuses, and arbitrage strategies that exploit promotional structures. Where abuse is identified, Kedai888 reserves the right to void affected wagers, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and close the Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kedai888 Platform. Any breach will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, accessing, or operating more than one Account (whether directly or through a proxy, agent, or associate).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. Kedai888 maintains active AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) compliance programmes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Coluding with other Players or manipulating game outcomes in any manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies. Players who identify a system error are required to cease play and notify support immediately. Winings accumulated through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Sharing Account credentials, selling Account access, or transfering Account balances to third parties.

All content published on the Kedai888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Kedai888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: (i) reproduction or distribution of Platform content for commercial purposes; (ii) modification, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works; (iii) any data mining, scraping, or systematic extraction of Platform data; or (iv) use of Platform content on any other website or digital medium without express written authorisation from Kedai888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kedai888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Kedai888 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of odds information, or the outcome of any wagering activity. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting our24/7 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

11.2 Termination by Kedai888

Kedai888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; regulatory directive; or commercial decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all pending bonus offers and Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any real money balance will be returned per clause 11.1, subject to completion of AML checks. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, and governing law clauses — shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kedai888 holds its international gaming licence. The specific licensing jurisdiction is available upon request from our support team.

In the event of a dispute between Kedai888 and a Player, the parties shall endeavour to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Players are invited to submit formal complaints to our support team at [email protected]. Kedai888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.

Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by Kedai888's licensing authority. Kedai888 commits to cooperating fully with any such process.

Kedai888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice — where practicable — via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and submit a written request to close your Account in accordance with clause 11.1.
